The grinder works well on the glass but it is difficult to get the grinders off. Also the grinder piece sometimes wants to slide up or down while grinding. This one was a replacement for me as I couldn''t get the grinding wheel off my swap top attachment.

Yes it is made of hardened plastic, but it has held up, my motor speed control does work. I stripped out the set screw, and Inland sent me six to replace the one that I needed to replace.
